Potter (and anyone else who finds themselves paying large sums of money for their medications): Use an independent pharmacy. Independent pharmacies consistently staff more people than the CVS and Rite Aid that Mr. Potter visited, and consistently get much higher customer service ratings than chains. exceptions exist!
